Appeal Letter: Sri Lanka- 13-year-old girl raped by her father

Sadamalee was raped by her father. Her father was arrested after her mother got to know of the rape and reported it to the police. However, both Sadamalee and her mother fear for their life. The government does not have any programs for rape victims.
