JUVENILE JUSTICE: Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency in a Globalised World [Conference]

The International Juvenile Justice Observatory (IJJO) is organising the First
International Conference on Juvenile Justice, in the month of October 2004. This
International Conference is presented as a preparatory conference of The Second
Worldwide Congress on the Rights of Childhood and Adolescence which will be held in
Peru in November 2005. It will be in both languages, English and Spanish.

This International Conference will work on the five following areas: juvenile
delinquency prevention strategies - juvenile justice organisation - making
organisations work: the implementation of measures and the development of
organisations - new ways of dealing with offenders in institutions - resettlement
